Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a valid name, email, and phone number. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your date. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment or event date. Mobile Scent Atelier deposit is 50% of the total event fee. Payments for the Scent Bar & Charm Bar are paid in full online at time of booking group experiences. Additional product selections not included with the reservation by the customer in-store will be paid for in a separate transaction. Remaining balances are due: 7 days prior to the event date Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit amount has been successfully collected. We will send a confirmation email with reservation information once payment has processed. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 days before the reservation may transfer the retainer to a rescheduled date (one-time transfer). Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment or event forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee. Rescheduling You may reschedule one time with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee. Arrival & Timing Please arrive at the time scheduled for all appointments. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in shortened service or cancellation without refund, depending on the schedule. Group & Event Policies Large Event Guest counts and service selections must be finalized 10 days prior to the event. Reductions in guest count after this point are non-refundable. Additional guests or time added on the day of the event will incur extra charges if scheduling allows. Travel & On-Site Services Adequate parking, loading and staging area must be provided at the event location. Weather, Force Majeure & Unexpected Circumstances In the case of unsafe weather, illness, or circumstances beyond either party’s control, the reservation may be rescheduled without penalty. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Product Purchases All custom scents, charms, and personalized creations are final sale.
