"I've never made a scent before, how does it work?"
Don't worry, you'll quickly discover natural aromas that appeal to your senses from our extensive library of essential oils. We guide you along the way and ensure you arrive at a blend that is harmonious, pleasant and reflects your unique preferences.
Are reservations required?
Weekends book up quickly, so we strongly encourage reserving in advance. A weekend reservation for the Scent Bar or Charm Jewelry Bar includes a dedicated seat, a guided custom scent or charm experience, and the item selected at the time of booking. Due to limited space and seating, we kindly ask that all guests included in a reservation plan to fully participate in the experience and purchase the item they create. Weekdays are typically quieter, and reservations are not required.

Do you accept cash as a payment type?
To provide a smooth and secure checkout experience, we are a cashless business. We accept Debit/Credit cards, digital wallets & Zelle for all transactions.

How do I make a reservation?
Click the "Book Now" button on our Experiences page. Please note each group member will need to fill out a reservation form with their contact info, and (for the time being) each group member will need to book & process payment when the reservation is made. We are continuing to refine this process and appreciate your consideration.

Guest Age Policy
Our experiences are thoughtfully designed for guests aged eleven and older, with a parent or guardian present. As our boutique and Scent Bar feature fine glassware, alcohol, and specialized tools, we kindly ask that accompanying adults provide attentive supervision throughout the visit.

Is it Girls-Only?
Absolutely not. During our event Scent Bars we often find guys are just as (if not more) interested in scents & aromas as the lady guests! So, we welcome men and women to our experiences both mobile and in the boutique.

What if I don't like the scent I made after all?
Crafting your signature scent is a curated sensory journey. We invite you to savor each note and refine your blend with the guidance of our experts, ensuring a fragrance that reflects your personal taste. Since all creations are made by you & for you, all purchases are final and cannot be refunded. Rest assured though, adjustments are always made and we are confident you'll love your scent.
