Creating a Scent: Do I need to have prior experience?

No. The experience we offer is intuitive and enjoyable for all!

 

Do I need a reservation?

For the Scent Bar & Charm Jewelry Bar on weekends, yes. Each reserved seat at the Scent Bar includes a custom scent experience and perfume roller or Eau de Toilette spray. Each reserved seat at the Charm Jewelry Bar includes the selected piece of jewelry indicated on the reservation. A custom perfume purchase is required per guest. Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays.

Do you accept cash as a payment type?

No. However, we do accept all major credit cards & digital wallets. Please consider; payment for reservations can only be made online.

How do I make a reservation?

Click the "Book Now" button on our Experiences page. Please note each group member will need to fill out a reservation form with their contact info, and (for the time being) each group member will need to book & process payment when the reservation is made. We are continuing to refine this process and appreciate your consideration.

 

Can children participate?

Children aged eleven & up are welcomed with an accompanied parent or guardian. We remind parents that our boutique and event scent bar have inherently dangerous materials for children: Fragile glass bottles, alcohol, and assorted small mixing instruments. Please maintain a vigilant watch over your children.

 

Can I make cologne or body oils for men?

Yes. Guys like to be pampered too, sometimes. We offer many notes that blend harmoniously to create masculine aromas.

 

What if I don't like my finished product?

This is a very unique experience, one in which we encourage you to take your time and savor the aromas of your choice. Adjustments can be made along the way and we are confident you'll be able to create something you'll love. Since the products we offer are of a very personal nature, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds and each sale is final. 

 

Can I reorder my signature scent?

Your curated scent file is safely stored in our Sanctuary. Contact us to reorder your special blend. 

-I'm just visiting, how can I reorder?

Send us an email to scentsanctuarytx@gmail.com with your contact info and we can create a refill for you. Prior to shipping we'll send you an electronic invoice and once payment has been received we will ship it to you and provide package tracking info. Please note that once the package leaves the boutique, the shipper is the best contact point for all tracking updates or changes to the address destination. If there are any special delivery circumstances please tell us about them in your email.
